If you have leftovers I learned a little trick years ago in the Nursing home I worked at. Take some wet paper towels and cover your meat when microwaving them and it seals in the moisture and will not dry out. I hate that leftovers never taste good when its meat because usually they dry out, this will save that. Just keep an eye on it and put the microwave on low.
